Genos Sports Bar & Grill in tdompsonville

This place is a great little sports bar with consistently good, inexpensive food and really friendly servers! We took our toddler there for the first time tonight and he really enjoyed the kids menu, and our server, Devante, was great with him. We’ll continue to patronize this place and it’s one of our go-to’s for a quick and inexpensive meal!

Major hit or miss at this place. It depends on who's working whether your drink will be good. We went twice in one day, once before a movie for a drink & back again after for dinner. It was like night and day... first time the drinks were amazing (so amazing we came back for round 2) second time drink was weak. Food was even worse. We had nachos that seemed good at first until we discovered the chicken was like gray jelly under all the cheese. I hate complaining but we had to mention it in case they planned on serving that chicken all night. We were told the chicken comes precooked and that's just how it is. The waitress said she didnt know what to do and had to have the person in charge talk to us. We waited . And waited...and waited. Until the bill came and we were told we had 50% off the nachos since "we didnt like the chicken or something" We wont be coming back after years of enjoying Geno's. What a bummer.

Amazing food and incredible bartender. We were visiting the local college, we traveled from eastern Washington and found Geno's for lunch. Heather is an absolute treasure, she was quick, kind and offered us places to visit while we were there. We will definitely be back.

stood at the wait to be seated sign for 5 minutes. Bartenders saw me and ignored me. Tons of people smoking inside anyway.Just go to Mcmenamins instead

Pretty good spot....3rd time here.Hot bartenders, decent food,clean,lots of tvs.A bit overpriced on food and drink for this area but not bad....again, the bartenders make up for it.

This place has the best pizza so bomb, and the drinks are great too. The service was very friendly and she checked on us often to see if we were ok. The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable.

Great for sports, friendly and outgoing waitstaff, and bartenders know the way around a good cocktail. Keep up the great work.... oh and food is pretty darn good.

Keep giving them more chances because they're so close to home, but man do they just keep disappointing. Missing order items, missing ingredients, slow as molasses, ever-changing menu, etc... I'm going to go ahead and say this will be my final order from Geno's. I really want to like this restaurant, but they make it so difficult.

I give out a lot of five stars. Because they deserve it. Portland is a paradise for simple to fancy grub. This place runs the gammit

Geno's an amazing place to eat, drink and unwind. Their salads are the best! Menu is full of options and drinks are reasonably priced and satisfying. Huge screens to watch sports. Separate bar and dining area so everyone is welcome.

Tia is literally the best bartender i've ever met in my entire life. I will one day marry her because she pours the best drinks.

Nice booths and terraced seating with 3 large projector screens. Happy hour all day Sunday. No frills but good pub grub.

I have never had a bad experience here. The food is great, the staff is great, the whole thing is great.

Awesome service, great food. Visiting this restaurant from Georgia, I can say that this is the best pizza that I've had compared to the restaurants down south, Just my opinion. The waitress was very helpful and provided outstanding service. Cannot remember her name but she had a tattoo on her forearm arm. Will definitely visit again

Great food, I order from here often via Uber Eats, decided to go in. They had a $5 spaghetti bowl with bread. Awesome affordable meal.

Stopped here for lunch on a Friday afternoon. Had their lunch special personal pizza. Honestly pretty tasty! Bartender was nice and attentive! I'll be back

Tia makes you feel at home😊. I don’t know where she gets the energy but she takes care of everyone in the room like you were invited. I keep coming back for her positive attitude and quality service!!!

What can i say but this is probably one of my favorite bars of all time through all my travels. I was staying in Gresham for a few weeks but moved into portland closer to work due to the commute. I will miss Sabrina and Tia although i only knew them for a short time. Every thing on the menu is excellent. And pizza is their specialty..

Good food, good price. Our server was Kimberly and she was excellent. Just the right mix of attentiveness and table maintenance without being intrusive. Lots of big screens for those that want the sports. Arena booth area for watching and a separate bar for those who prefer counter service. Good place.

Been 2 times, both times Great! Service is exceptional, evening or late night. Both times got Hummus & Veggies appetizer, fresh and very tasty! Also had deep fried clams & fries, both were great, fat tender clam strips & skinny fries, really good. Excellent beers on tap. Restrooms are clean, people having fun!

Geno's is great. There food tastes amazing and their staff members are delightful. They have one of the best pizza I have ever had.

Unicorns are real, the other day I was walking down the street and out of the bushes a Unicorn appeared drinking a beer, and staggering to and from each side of the walk way. I approached the Unicorn and asked if it was okay. It said it just got done from Black Out Wednesday at Geno’s. I asked Where is this place you speak of that you drink tall boys and make tall boy pyramids... It showed me, but I don’t remember anything.

Prices weren’t great and neither was the quality. Portions aren’t amazing either. Tvs are loud, and we noticed the speakers throughout the restaurant were blaring so the little speakers at your table was no help because we couldn’t here either way.

Great pizza! The bar is a blast, the two little ladies behind the bar are a hoot!

The happy hour prices are great. Only get these prices in the bar. Food was not that great in my opinion. We had cheeseburger sliders and also fish and chips. The fries are shoestring type. Lots of grease and not much flavor. The dragonfruit cider was really good. The seats we were in were worn out and sunk really low. The staff seems nice. Lots of TVs. Good atmosphere. Probably we won't come back though.

Ordered a burger here for the first time ever, super dry and bland totally dissapointed. The fries were the shoe string type when I expected the good thick steak fries (and also they were very underdone and greasy.) Terrible. Not long after, I tried a pizza thinking "ok maybe not a burger place but surely the pizza is ok". NOPE.dry, bland, not to mention we asked for extra sauce on it and instead it was almost as if they put less. I'll never go back to that nasty place.

Good food good drinks!! Lounge seating needs to be refurbished and or update. We go once in awhile. Enjoyable! Great place to watch big screen TV!!

Cool little dive bar. Great staff. Good meat pizza and great buffalo chicken salad.

Service is great so is the food the cook is a beautiful Puerto Rican

Had their house salad and sweet potato fries both were exactly what I wanted.

Interior nowhere near what I expected.. it felt like even when busy it feels like a poor man's buffalo wild wings. However, regardless of a lack of flair, I've been a server for 25 years and the girl that served us, even though she seemed fresh, did a great job. Food quality was as expected but I only got a French dip so not exactly a dish to judge unless it's just awful... which it wasn't.

Eh, nothing special food wise. Prices are ok. Waitress was quick and nice. I'd go back again but wouldn't go out of my way to do so.

This is a cool place to come watch sports games, get a bite to eat. But for me once again i've mostly only played video poker there . it is just down the street from my house and convenient.

Good fresh salads( when there are no lettuce/spinach recalls). The happy hours appetizers are so so. I've been serves wrong items but they fix it. Friendly food servers when they finally leave bar area to take n serve your order. Big screens going. Sports bar. Pool. Lottery check machine in the quieter left area. Good for talking with a friend or group. Reasonable prices.Someday I will try their pizza.
